We are now looking for motivated Independent Sales Representatives who want a real product to sell, a clear brand to represent, and an opportunity to grow with us from the early stage.

PawTale Treats gives you a ready-to-sell premium product, brand support, training, sales strategy, product knowledge, and a flexible commission-based earning opportunity.
You focus on sales.
We handle the product, brand, packaging, and business structure.
What You Will Do
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will help introduce PawTale Treats to dog owners, pet lovers, local communities, and potential retail or partnership opportunities.
Your role may include:
- Promoting PawTale Treats within your personal network
- Speaking with dog owners, friends, family, and local contacts
- Sharing the brand on social media
- Introducing the product to potential customers
- Helping generate sales through your own schedule and selling style
- Representing PawTale Treats in a professional and positive way
- Learning our product story, brand values, and sales approach
This is not a regular hourly job. This is a commission-based opportunity for people who are self-motivated and comfortable creating their own sales.

Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.
You will earn commission on sales you personally generate. Top performers may also qualify for bonuses, additional incentives, and future growth opportunities with PawTale Treats.

You may help PawTale grow by:
• Sharing PawTale Treats with friends, family, coworkers, dog owners, and local communities
• Promoting the brand through your own network or social media
• Introducing PawTale to groomers, dog walkers, trainers, pet sitters, pet daycares, and pet stores
• Helping with local events, markets, dog parks, community groups, or sample promotions
• Using a personal referral code or tracking method for your sales/referrals
• Collecting feedback from customers and dog owners
• Representing PawTale in a friendly, professional, and positive way

Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.
Compensation may include:
• Commission on approved direct sales
• Referral bonuses for approved pet business leads
• Bonuses for strong performance
• Growth opportunities for consistent partners
Exact commission and bonus details will be discussed with selected candidates.
Requirements
• Must be reliable and professional
• Must be comfortable talking to people
• Must be able to communicate clearly
• Must represent PawTale Treats respectfully
• Must be comfortable with flexible, commission-based work
• Must be based in Calgary or surrounding areas
• Interest in dogs, pets, local business, or community promotion is strongly preferred
This role may involve local outreach, community promotion, social media sharing, direct customer conversations, and introducing the brand to pet-related businesses.
This is a flexible opportunity. You can do it part-time, casually, or alongside your current work, depending on your availability and results.

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. There is no guaranteed hourly wage, salary, or minimum income. Earnings are based on approved sales, referrals, and performance.
